Monday Nights

Monday is our main club night, and it is not uncommon to see over fifty of the club turnout for a run. The emphasis is on a fun social evening but we do try and give the faster or slower runners chance to run with someone of an equal pace.

The last Monday of the Months is always our 5km village route – this allows everyone the freedom to run their own pace and get a course PB. Our faster and more experienced runners are always happy to pace you if you need some extra motivation.

The Monday before the last is usually a Trail Run, in winter or summer, so headtorches are mandatory and trail shoes are recommended.

The other weeks tend to be multiple distance option road runs, usually: short 3.5-5k, medium 5-7k or long 8-10k. We try and get you back in an hour, but if you are a bit slower and want to go long then just let us know and we will match you with one of our tail runners to pace you home.
