Our half marathon training start next week, with our first long run on Sunday 14th, so hopefully all of you HM hopefuls are ready to start following the training plan from Monday.

Although, we will meet and set off as group on Sundays, advise on any changes that you may need to make to your individual plan, this is not a group social or a coach lead session, so there will be no re-groups or Tail Runners. The routes will be shared before each session, and print outs will be available each week. The group will split as appropriate to run at the individual target pace to help achieve runners goals. Hopefully there will be enough different paces for nobody to be running alone.
